Best Recruitment Advertisement EVER #Viral

August 2, 2012 by Aidan Bradley in Online Marketing with 17 Comments

After having watched this, I’m proud to present the guys and girls at KIXEYE with the “Best Recruitment Video EVER’ Award.

The video is perfectly targeted at the applicants they wish to attract; Passionate, hardcore, gamers who share a frustration with the standard of mass market games.

The bar keeps getting raised higher and higher in the video production niche. It’s become a highly refined science to produce a popular YouTube video. Zombie Castle Rescue! Hardcore!!

LoL good video I liked it and it was a good representation of how the gamers world is.
Gaming has changed so much and the game play is being raised each and every year. Who knows what we will be playing in years to come hopefully not the old Atari arcade machines I could not imagine where they eventually going to go…..
This video goes to show there are still companies out there that want to think forward and not stay in the mainstream.
Not seen this video before and there is nothing better than a good viral video hope it does well for Kixeye and they attract some good talent.

Thanks for sharing. I think it’s amazing, so much references in there to things from my old gaming years. And the message is clear, I like the last part, it’s really inviting to join in and make a kick-ass game.

Exactly what the gaming industry needs. Kick ass games! Not some same old BS wrapped in a different wrapper.

Video or any other sort of ad, knowing your audience is a key to marketing and business success really.

The video has a very funny beginning, that it’s a good point. Generate attraction from the beginning. Also, playing with some stereotypes in the game industry. The small one is really funny. I think these ads are those that are needed. A smart bet by this company.

Zombie Castle Rescue lol. That video was awesome. I even went to the website to see what jobs they had available and their website is awesome. Browsing the jobs felt like playing a video game. They seem to be a very innovative and fun company. All in all this is a great ad campaign.

Pretty clever. Producing a piece that is both entertaining and well-thought out is pretty difficult to come-by. Don’t know too much about the industry, but I enjoyed this nonetheless.

This video definitely is cutting edge and keeps you wondering what will happen next. It’s very blunt and edgy. They definitely had the typical gamer in mind….attitude, determination and aggressiveness.

This video is truly a remarkable recruitment advertisement. I agree that companies should place greater attention on the brand they are portraying as an employer. In the efforts to be the employer of choice, companies should be creative and innovative in targeting their potential employees.

This was EXCELLENT! What a creative way to reach your target audience. I love it when people are able be successful in their goal, while doing things much differently than the norm. They get bonus points for being clever and entertaining too.

If you will just wait for applicants to send you their resumes through job search databases, you will not be getting the quality and profile of job candidates you want to. :-) Go out and get the best person for a particular post. You have to place the passengers in their right seats in the bus. :-)
